Thread: How to find out Remaining time clock and escalation

Marc, you've been a forum member long enough now to understand that you shouldn't just open a new thread and ask users to download and view your workbook for details.

Please post your questions in the thread itself, and within the spreadsheet you can highlight the areas of concern with additional details or comments as needed.

Users are typically more willing to help if they can garner an understanding of the issues before opening a file that isn't trusted. (Some users aren't even able to download files due to their company policies.)
