How to notify per e-mail if excel shows less than 0 in cell?
Should I always open excel?
There is no really way of achieving this using standard Excel functionality but with VBA code it is possible.
How are the values changing in Excel?

if values go above 0 it should send e-mail.
I gathered that but what I meant was how are the values changing? Is somebody entering them directly into the cells or are they the result of formula. If the latter do the formula reference other workooks?
