This is another file that was passed down to me. In the Win Status notes there is a drop down menu which is very helpful but I need an option added. I need DQ added to the list of drop down seletctions.
I went through the steps in help trying to figure out how to do it and I end up messing it up really bad.
Any help would be appreciated!!

With your cursor set to the J6, click on the ribbon on the data tab. Select Data Validation then Data Validation again. Your source information will open, add DQ and a comma where you would like this to appear in the drop down. Check the box to apply to all other cells having the same setting.
