Excel lookup formula, multiple values, separated by a comma?

    ok here's my dilemma:

I have an excel file with a lot of data (>2000 rows) with columns A, B, C, and D. column A has a unique # for each row, and D1=B1-C1, D2=B2-C2, etc.. I wan't a formula that would give me a string of the A values of the D's >0, each separated by a space, a comma, and a space (...&" "&","&" "...).

For examble, if everything went to plan, the formula would return (in a single cell): "57, 408, 1256"
(Those figures being the A values of the rows with D values greater than 0)

if anyone could answer this for me, that would be perfect!
thank you!! (and i hope i was clear enough)

If you could attach a sample you will probably get an answer.
