Insert a Row for a Matched Cell with Multiple Instances

i have 2 worksheets- Sheet1 (Masterlists) and Sheet 2- I compare data in Sheet 1 to Sheet 2 and look for what matched and did not matched. Both worksheets have data for one employee like payments, location, etc. So for each Data -there are multiple instances of information.

    Sheet 1

    Column 1 Column 2 Column 3

    1EE-Payment1 City1 State1
    1EE-Payment2 City2 State2
    2EE-Payment3 City State

    Sheet 2

    1EE-Payment1 City1 State1
    1EE-Payment4 City4 State4
    1EE-Payment5 City5 State5
    3EE-Payment City3 State3

    Result: Compare EEPayments

1EE- Matched so return the value

    1EE-Payment1 City1 State1
    1EE-Payment2 N/A
    Insert a Row for 1EE Payment4
    Insert a Row for 1EE Payment5

2EE- Not found in both sheets so N/A
    3EE - Payment N/A

    Sheet 1: (Final Output)

    1EE-Payment1 City1 State1
    1EE Payment2 # N/A
    1EE Payment4 City4 State4
    1EE Payment5 City5 State5
    2EE #N/A
    3EE- #N/A

    Thanks for your help.

    Re: Please help

    quick suggestions:

you will need to rename your thread to be more descriptive of your actual problemor suffer the wrath of the moderators.

Also, include example sheets clean of any information you cannot share.

Ideally you will include an example of what the solution will look like too.
Remember, saying thanks only takes a second or two. Click the star icon(*) below the post you liked, to give some Rep if you think an answer deserves it.

Please, mark your thread [SOLVED] if you received your answer.

    Re: Please help

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

PLEASE PM WHEN YOU HAVE DONE THIS AND I WILL DELETE THIS POST.
