Hi folks,
I have been trying to resolve this problem for so many days, but i am unable to do so as my expertise does not exceed how complex the solution has become, it started with a simple postcode as N21 1,2,3.
The solution was to remove the commas, hyphen and anything that had was not required, and then i was asked to separate a single post code of an area such as it is shown in blue shaded area.
I think have done this but with great difficulty and its still not correct, but now i am asked to the unexpected.
1. say for example we wanted to add a post code say N14 4 into a region of N21 1, 2, 3,
Which will make N21 1,2,3 – N14 4,
We call N21 1,2,3 a route name say Alpha1
Yes you can do this manually, but I am asked to use a formula to add a separate postcode to any of the area postcodes and have the result shown in blue shaded area.
I have lots many hours sleep over this but cannot go further, is there any out there who could be able to help.
I have attached a sheet for what I could muster
