I have a worksheet that has the day and time that pieces comes in my store
I made a pivot table that I thougth summed the pieces but it seams to be totaling the total or something
The total should be 6885 but is comming up 12058
Something is off somewhere but I can't find it

The pivot table in sheet 2 refer to a workbook and a sheet which is not the right one [PCS PER HR1.xls]JAY DEE'!$F$1:$H$65536
See attached with pivot table refer to sheet 1 showing the grand total expected of 6885

Need some more help
What I am trying to do is add to the piece count 1 piece when an order is picked up
So I need to add the piece for incoming and 1 piece for out going
for example
An order comes in between 11-12 with 5 pieces and 2 orders go out I want to have a 7 represented in the 11-12 hour range for that date then put it all in a pivot table like I had before
I use this table to help schedule my labor. I now have the pivot table working for incoming pieces but I have never considered out going orders and ahve been just guessing at the labor needed this would help narrow it down
