When Ienter data the cell moves downward. How can I enter data and its enters on the same cell as entered? Thanks

You would need some tricky VBA code to stay in the same cell as the one you enter data into. You can have the cursor move in other directions besides down. Read http://ides.winnefox.org/node/157
