    Data Validation List using 2 Column Source

    Hi, kindly help me on the appropriate code. Kindly see below.

    I have two worksheets named "Data" and "List" in a workbook.
    "Data" contains ID numbers in column A and Item names on column B.
    "List" will contain a series of dropdown (datavalidation-list).

    Action 1.
    In worksheet "List" if i search from any of my dropdown it will show me datas from "Data" worksheet from Column A & B combined (sample: 101 - Book, where "101" as the ID number and "Book" as the Item name).

    Action 2.
    After picking an item in the dropdown list from worksheet "List" only the Item name will show in the cell. (sample: Book )

    Create one more column of your combined data, and then data validation to that column.

    is there any way a code can be done so that creating another column with combined data is not necessary?
