Formula,>> =MINUTE(F6), gives 40, which is ok for you.
But =MINUTE(F13),gives 55. You want 56!!
This formula does not add the seconds to minutes if they are more than 32...

Put this in K6, then copy down and across:
=MOD(MINUTE(D6)+(SECOND(D6)>30),60)
This will round up the seconds to the next minutes if necessary.
