Separating Data in a Single Cell into differen Columns

Hello Everyone,

I have keywords in a Word File which I need to convert into a Excel File. I am currently doing this manually, but would like to use some formula to automate this as there are many keywords. Looking for some good solutions.

It's Text to columns you need.

After pasting the data in A1 for instance, ensure col A is highlighted < data tab < data tools select text to columns < radio button "Delimited" < next < deselect default "tab" < select space < next < now one by one you can format as text or (most important for you) elect "Do not import column" for the "Or" < Finish < Ok

Or wrap this sadistic formula like so IFERROR("this formula","")
In B2 ...
