Master list that can be manipulated?

Ok So I am not sure if this is possible.

My Boss wants me to create a master list of our account list that is alphabetical. He then wants to be able to sort it by the account representative. Is there some way to do this in one tab?
The only idea I have is to have separate tabs for master list and account reps, but even then they need to be synced.

Thanks for any help! I did not link a workbook because I just have data now.

I think that you can do this with some simple VBA and a command button. If you supply a worksheet with sample data, then I am sure that we can provide you with a viable solution.
