    Weird formula block

    I am getting stressed - When I copy a formula, it reads correctly but won't
    compute correctly. Like is reads C1+C2 but the cell contains the results from
    where I copied the formula from - like the total of A1+A2. How can I get it
    back?

    Sounds like you have automatic calculation turned off?
    Tools-->Options-->Calculation tab.
