Add percent to a range of cells

    Hello,

I have an inventory thas has more than 10,000 items, like this example:

    Letter price

    A 120
    B 214
    C 119

On the column price, I want to select a range of cells and add 5% to each number. I don't want to create new cells, just modify the ones I already have to include the 5% in there. If I wanted a new cell and select only one, I could make (b1*5%)+b1 but what formula can I use to update the cells b1,b2 and b3 to include the current price plus 5%

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi ricsantos,

Put 1.05 in a spare cell, copy it, then select the range you want uplifted, paste special and select multiply.

All cells are uplifted by 5%, you can then delect your helper cell.
