I am a new user of Excel. I am wondering how I can find out the typical properties of an object, for example, a worksheet.

like worksheet.close, worksheet.open, etc. But obviously there are other common used ones. Any link about this?

right click on sheet name and click "View Code" it will open VB.
go to menu View and point to "Properties Window"

hopefully this is what your are looking for.
