    Pivot-table and dates

    New problem.
    I´m gonna make some kind of a list for the material and in one colum i need to write the date of today. My problem is that i would like the colum to do that itself so when i enter the project it somehow gets the date of today into that colum, but how?
    Anyone knows?

    Good morning chojje

    You could do this by macros, but the easiest way would be for you to enter it by yourself. The quickest way would be the hotkey combination :
    Ctrl + ;
    This will enter today's date as a non-dynamic string. If this doesn't look right you may have to format the column as dates.

    If you want to go down the macro route, you'll need to supply more information about your spreadsheet, how you populate the fields etc.
