Thread: "Assigning" rows to be shown elsewhere

Hi guys,

I have a problem.

I made some sore of a gantt chart, where the phases/processes of my team's work is scheduled day by day and grouped in weeks.

What I want to do is to assign the different processes in each phase to one of my crew underneath the chart/scheme - for example, a part of the design-process is my responsibility, and therefore - besides watching WHEN it's being done and WHICH process it is - I would like to list WHO's doing what in the bottom, in this case me, Thomas. Can this be done dynamically? Is it possible to "tell" a row toduplicate itself to a certain place in the sheet - in this case under my name in the bottom?

PS: Why is it not possible to attach excel-files in this forum?? :-D

Can't tell without seeing your data but I believe it can happen.

The forum template doesn't allow for xls files but it does allow for zipped files. Zip your Excel file and upload it.

I'm afraid it all is in danish, but i hope you will get the point :-)
