Very new to Excel - Duplicate data

I would be very grateful if anyone could offer some basic advice on a project I'm working on.
I work in a warehouse that has a report sent to me daily giving the total amounts of "units" of a particular "article". These articles have a "pickface" and a "bulk" location.
I would like to be able to exclude all other data when searching for a particular "article" to leave me with the 2 rows of data for the pickface and bulk locations.
    Any help would be appraciated.

Thank you for your quick response.
I need to find out from the data provided what "articles" can move from a bulk location marked as "RS" or "MB" to a "PI" location based on the amounts in both. So i need a quick way to display articles that fit the criteria of being able to fit from "MB/RS" too "PI". In conclusion i need too check that the units from MB/RS for the article can be moved to "PI".

    Please find the example uploaded.
So excel needs to look at the capicity of the article in PI and refer to the units of the same article in MB/RS and see if they can "fit" in the PI.
    many thanks in advance.

Re: Very new to Excel - Duplicate data

for example article Y1RGNUHA5 has a RS location (where bulk items are stored) with a capacity of 150 and contains a quantity of 7 units (4.6% filled up). The article has a PI location of capacity of 40 with 31 units in it (77.5% filled) i can therefore "fit" those 7 units into the PI location because this will not exceed the capicity of 40, making the new total 38 units.
I need to find a way of displaying the data of RS/MB units that can fit into PI without exceeding capacity.

    sorry i am confusing you.
The Quantity is the important data whereas the capacity is the threshold.
RS has 7 units which can fit into the PI which has 31 units and a threshold/capacity of 40 units.
Hope I havnt confused you even more!
thank you for your attention so far.

That is correct Capacity for RS/MB does not matter, it is just the PI Capacity that matters.

Re: Very new to Excel - Duplicate data

I am looking for an output sheet ot those articles that will fit the MB/RS into the PI based on capacity

    for example :

    YUMOP987 : Capacity 75 : Units: 10 RS
    YUMOP987 : Capacity 100 : Units 50 PI

In the above exmaple the 10 units can fit into the PI as it is under the 100 capacity.so the data will be shown.

    YUMOP987 : Capacity 75: Units 75 RS
    YUMOP987 : Capacity 100 : Units 50 PI

The above exmaple would not be displayed (or hidden) as the 75 Units from the RS would not be able to fit in PI as it would be over capacity.
