Thread: please help

hi, i have made list on sheet 1 of 80 lines and have used the ( IF ) formula to transfer randamley line by line over to sheet 2 to form an invoice, that has no spaces between the choosen lines, but i can't fine the rest of the formula to take out the spaces between the rows ie: if i choose R2 on sheet1 i need it to goto R1 on sheet 2 and if the next row i need is R30 sheet 1 i will need this to goto R2 sheet 2 can any body please help. pete
