Thread: how to create an invoice with buttons

I have a small business and I do everthing by hand. I want an efficient way to produce invoices to my clients-- I have 10 Clients and i want an excel file that generates a new invoice number automatically and add up all the service i enter automatically-- preferable with buttons... Can some one help me please.
