    Using AVERAGE/MAX/MIN for Dates

    Hello:

I have a loan portfolio that I am reviewing and I am trying to find the average loan age as well as longest and shortest dates to maturity for different sub-sets of loans. I have the origination date and the maturity dates of all the loans. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

    =AVERAGE or MAX or MIN(EndDates - BeginDates)

The formula must be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter. Format the result as General or Number. The value is in days.
