I have a worksheet that is broken down into 52 weekly periods. Each weekly period has several columns and rows in it, but there are spaces between the weekly periods. When I have to make a change in a column, is there a way to copy and then paste the changes to each week without going to each week and selecting the cells then pasting the change for each week? For example in each weekly group, I inserted two columns and want to fill those columns with some data that I have entered and copied...can I use some function of Excell to search each weekly group and paste the information in the appropriate cells? Or am I doomed to the repetition of going to each individually and making the change.

I'm sure someone can help save you the repetitive work but you need to provide more context.
Can you please upload a sample workbook that is representative of your real file's layout & include further explanation of what needs to be done?
