Hi,
by using the ctrl+ '-' we can only delete one row.
we have lot of data to be deleted at once in filter mode.
Is it possible to delete all at once.
Thanks,
Mani.![]()
Select the rows by clicking the row numbers. Drag the selection down. Hit F5 - Special - Visible Cells only. Right-click and select "Delete" from the context menu.

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.
iam new to excel. Do you mean context menu in the sense the dropdown menu when we right click mouse.
i tried this and its not showing me the result.
Thank you very much for your quick response....
Yes, the context menu is the menu that opens when you right-click.
If you have any cells, rows, or columns selected, the context menu will contain the Delete command.

Yah! its working fine. but it takes long time to delete the 10 selected records.
We have more than 4000 records. can we delete this at once? is there any other process to delete the data containing '-' sign in sales column.
Help me plz....
Thanks,
Mani.
