How can I total to separate wksheet

    HI
Please could someone advise me, I wish to total a column on sheet 1 but the answer to appear on sheet 2.

    Example on sheet 1:
    =countif(a1:a200,"Pears")
How can I have the answer appear on sheet 2?
My reason being I can then have all the formulae on sheet 2 then hide it to stop 'cut & paste' taking out said formulae.
    Appreciate your expertise.
    Thanks

    1. In sheet2 click on the cell that you want the total in.
    2. type this formula =countif('sheet1'!a1:a200,"Pears")

Fabulous - so simple but effective.
I have tried it - wicked.
    Many thanks - appreciated.
