I'm brand new here - have looked for my problem without success, so here it is:
I have a column of email addresses; can I easily transfer these to a long list of text (comma separated addresses) in order to create a group of email contacts for inserting straight into an amail address line ?
Thank you in anticipation

Copy and Paste Special > Transpose to put them in a row. Then save as a CSV file and open in Word or some other text software to have a comma separated list. Does that work for you?
Or, first save as a CSV file and then, in Word, do a Find and Replace for the paragraph mark (^p) and replace with ,

Many thanks for your swift response.
That worked for me; appreciate your help !
Some time ago, I was very kindly helped out here with my problem explained below.
I now find something else strange. When I carry out the procedure below and end up with a text file, I have a list of Mirie email addresses, many of which have a hyphen. The hyphen creates a line break and I just CANNOT find a way of removing this; when I press the backspace key on the second line, the hypen is deleted !
I find no way of getting rid of these linebreaks without losing the hyphens;
Any ideas please ?
