    Extract dates to calender software?

    Firstly,

HI, Im new to the forum but after a quick browse round its nice to see so many people in one place with the sole intention of helping other people!

    Right, my problem.

Once a month I get my work rota emailed to me. It contains a row of dates then rows of every engineer working and whether they are on, off or spare.

Is there any way I can extract this information and put it onto a calender program then maybe Ill figure out how to sync it with my phone?

Theres nothing private on the spreadsheet so if it helps to see one its no problem.

    THANKS IN ADVANCE
    TONY

you'd have to have it laid out in the correct format, then save as csv and import to say google calendar
so the challenge is really to get the layout right for whatever calendar program you use
for example google calendar needs its own specific layouts see here
