    Question formula in excel showing correctly during evaluation but result is not displayed .

    I have a workbook in which the sheet1 is almost like a cash book. In column no.V from row no 6 onwards the list of account heads are displayed. In column no.V and row 5, there is a data validation list enabling us to select the account head. Column no. X from row 5 onwards lists,date wise, the no. of entriy of the account head in either column no. F or P. Sheet2 is like a ledger folio where in the receipts and expenditure pertaining to selected account head are listed. Formula in sheet2 from A3 to G6 are able to do this. However the entries in H Column in sheet1 shall display in column F in sheet2 in the same row. Similarly the entries in S Column in sheet1 shall be displayed in G Column in sheet2 in the same row. Formula in Sheet2 from A3 to G6 are able to do this except at columnF and G. During the evaluation in column no F of Sheet2 and column no G in sheet no.2,the final result is ok. However the same is not displayed. Can any one inform what exactly is the mistake ?and how to correct it.
