Put this formula in K5 and then fill down.
It is an array formula, so when you type it into the formula bar, you must complete the entry with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER, not just ENTER. If done correctly then Excel will automatically surround the formula with parentheses { }.=AVERAGE(IF(FREQUENCY( IF($E$5:$E$35=$J5,MATCH($G$5:$G$35,$G$5:$G$35,0)), ROW($E$5:$E$35)-ROW($E$5)+1),$G$5:$G$35))
