Hello everyone,
I have a report that we export out of our ecommerce system to send to our fulfillment center. The report lists all items of the order on separate lines rather than all on one line which is what we need it to do.
Basically, if there is an order containing 12 of the same widgets, it is all listed on one line. If another order has 12 of widget A and 12 of widget B, there are two line items. The good thing is all the other data is consistent on the other line items so I am sure there is a way to look up the invoice number and append any additional products to one line.
Attached is a report of our current report. On the first worksheet is the current report and on the second is an example of how we would like it to look. The ideal report would include up to 10 products and their quantities on one line.
I appreciate any help and direction the community can provide.

I revamped your spreadsheet a bit and I hope it will help you rather then hindering. I changed a few things around and added more data including a price list tab so if prices change... only that page would need to change. This may be much more then you wanted and if so, sorry I got a bit carried away
