In my Excel 2003, when I select the Format /Cells option, there is only one tab: Font at the top. Much too rarely, I get a window with many different tabs. How do I get to see all the available tabs every time?
You have the cursor in the formula bar; Excel is in Edit mode.
Press Escape to exit.
