Thread: want to write a program

Hi All,

I am newbie to Excel. Here my requirement is to prepare a roster. Ours is 24/7 organization. we are around 10 people are there in the team. Here we are preparing the roster for every month. in each shift 2 people should be there and 2 people will get week off on any 2 days.remaining people will work for 3 shifts basis. As of now we are preparing roster manually. the people also will e there in rotation basis. in week also that roster will change for every one. please find the below example to get clear idea.

like this every week it will change and every month we are preparing the roster. so could you please suggest us any program to prepare a roster without any issues.
