Please help, im stuck.
I receive an email with a spreadsheet every week from that email I need to import inv no, consignment no, total charge, and cb invoice notes from sheet (1) into sheet (2) according to either the consignment no or cb invoice note no.
is there a relatively straight forward way to do this?

You already have the consignment number in the 2nd file. So what data should be imported?

Sorry arlette, ive got it the wrong way round i need to import from sheet 2 into 1. off to a good start!!!
I need to import the following based on consignment no:-
invoice no(2) into carrier inv no(1)
total charge(2) into cost(1)
cb invoice note(2) into reference(1)( dont suppose it matters if it overwrites)
