Frequency table

Dear Friends,
I need your help for a routine work I undertake.
I need to capture the frequency table as per the sheet attached for various periods & their rentals.

I have been able to capture changes in frequency (i.e. monthly, quarterly,halfyearly, yearly) but not the changes in rentals for various period. i.e. if rentals change from $100 in period 2011-12 to $200 in period 2012-13 i am stuck. (Pls. refer file attached)

Hope you guys can guide.

Thanks for the help. Your file was really useful. I have put ur formula to some additional use (Refer file attached).
I have a further requirement though, which I have tried to explain in the file attached.
Pls. chk & inform whether the requirement is possible.

Dear Joshuar,

Please find attached the solved workbook as per your requirements... This fulfills your current requirement but there is lot of scope for improvement as well which can be started if you arrange your data systematically e.g., Three section / tables of data where you have given dates related with three years etc.

But no worries... that can be streamlined with the time. See attached file and let me know in case of any queries.
