Hello everyone.
we process car imports, readying and preparing them in order to go to the dealers. We are implementing this grid type of thing where we input car types processed by the hour, the ABC relates to how time consuming the car is. This matrix is also associated with the production line number (column A) date (column B) and the hour range (column C). To the right you will find the different types of work stations of each production line: wash, accessories, finish and qc. Weekly reports of all this data are time consuming and error inducing.
I have tried different tips on tweaking excel ways of changing increments on cell ranges and rows, so that I can summarize all car types processed by day, by line on a different sheet but by dynamically just dragging a formula; “TOTALS”. By summarize I mean that excel counts all car types processed on a given day.
I have attached an example of the real file we are working, on TOTALS I have placed an example of what we need. Also a nice explanation is handy in order for me to replicate this to the other stations.

I think you could do with a much smaller sample and an explanation of a couple of time slots with what you require? Maybe 2-3 lines will do
