(.left property) and (LockAspectRatio) don't work

I have macro to insert picture into a sheet:
My problem is:

In "empty" sheet: macro work perfectly. But
In "L-R" sheet and In "R-L" sheet: (.left property) and (LockAspectRatio) don't work.
How can I Solve these issues in (L-R) and (R-L)?

The lockaspect is working for me.
Try changing the order of the .left and .width

.left now works perfect but .lockAspectRatio still not work
When the picture inserted its hight to width ratio changes

You need to clarify what you mean by LockAspectRatio does not work. The property is set after running code.
If you mean the inserted shape is not the correct dimensions then perhaps you should not apply that setting uptil after you size and position the shape.
