I don't understand what you mean. Perhaps if you manually filled in the two sheets with the appropriate data, I can replicate it with VBA, but without a visual, I really can't take this any further.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Will look at the salesman's report later, but if you understand what is happening here, then you should be able to adjust that one also. It is just a matter of changing up the ranges. Since in your original request, you did not identify where you wanted each item to go, I made a guess. In the future, please be specific in your request.
