Find next and previous record through user form

i am trying to make a daily data entry record in which i want to add an option to find the record and amend it. i added next and previous buttons which are working correctly through which i can update the data but when i am not able to add the code for Find, find next and find previous. can anyone help me on this. i attached the file for the reference.

What does this mean?

i want to find the associate name which will be in the second column.

that means if the department is A then only 20 rows can have department A and after that user have a message that they cannot post more entries in the same Department.
