Strange problem with placing Border on dynamic ranges

I have code for placing a border around a dynamic range, which works, however, no matter which sheet or data set I apply it to I seem to get an extra "row" on the right hand side. See screen shot

Thanks - but it is the external border I am trying to sort (ie; on the screen shot surrounding the Green area). Also I need to use it on 4 different sheets which vary in ems of number of columns and rows
