Entering Times Without a Colon

I already have a partial solution to my problem.

The below link helps me to enter time without a colon and also converts it to AM and PM accordingly. However, the only problem is that the conversion happens only in 4th column which is column D. Is it possible to use it for multiple columns? I want to use it for column B and C.

Not sure if I am breaching any rules by replying to this after marking the thread solved. But what I found with the above code is that when I locked some cells on the spreadsheet the code stopped working. Is there a way to avoid that?
