Clear contents from listbox source sheet

Hello

I have a listbox with the source being A8:H20 on sheet 8, I would like when i select a record in the list box and press my delete button, it removes the record from the source on sheet 8. I would prefer clearing the contents, instead of deleting the row, each example i tested so far with deleting the row, it messes up the source address (A8:H20). Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

I populate the listbox by entering the data via textboxes, then a command click will transfer them to sheet 8, range: A8:H20

Sorry if i seem to be confusing you. I want to clear the selected item from the listbox and also the associated record in the range.

Norie i have uploaded the workbook, the entire book is too large, so i basically uploaded a revised version that just captures what i want to accomplish.

when you enter data in the textbox, when you click the button it should add what you entered to the source (page 2), and reflect in the listbox. I now want to be able to delete the item from the listbox and the source (page 2) by simply clicking on the item in the listbox and pressing the delete button. Kindly help if possible.
