Display start date to end date in a listbox

Hi Guys,

Need your help.
I am trying to display the start date and end date on a list box having this format.
MM/DD/YY (start date) – MM/DD/YY (end date)

I have attached the screenshot of the userform:

Below is the code I have created, however, result is showing wrong format on the end date
I have tried to format the D as date as well, however it is having errors.

MM/DD/YY (start date) – MM/DD/YYYY (end date)
