I use this code in exel 2003 to insert and size a picture in a cell. However moved on to 2010 and the code doesnt work correctly:
1) If I use a pic from a memory stick, then remove that from my PC whenever I reopen the file it tellls me the link is broken or pic has been deleted.
2) Picture does not resize to cell size
Anyone got any advice?

Solved the issue with saving the pic in file but now the image is extremely blurred and unrecognizable. Is it a case of adjusting the 4 values until the pic is OK?
I've adjusted all the values to 100 and it seems to be working OK. Thanks for the help.

Thought this was solved but still having problems. It works OK on the second worksheet, but not on the first.
I've attached an example of the reports we are using, use Ctrl + Q to insert the picture into a cell (OK photo or NG photo)

I have test the code and it is working on both sheets (the pic is loaded).
If the problem is the size of the pic not match with the width / height of the cell, then I modify the code to this :
