How to autocomplete cells by one cell

Hi,

I want if I fill some specific value in a cell some others cell automatically completed with other value I given them.
For example if I enter in a name cell "Lucy", family name and address automatically completed.

It there any way to do that?

Another question :
Is there any way to when I press first digit of my number show me all possible numbers from a range that I chosen.
For example I have the these numbers: 1, 112, 114, 13, 143,
When I press 1, possible answer will be highlighted? Just like when you try to type something for several times vertically and excel suggest the cell to you if the first and second digits mach.
