excel 2010 VBA. Copy range as picture > paste > resize ?

Hi there,
I need to copy a range of cells as a picture, then paste it on another worksheet to a specific destination cell within the same workbook, and then resize it (height and width) to the appropriate dimensions. I have issues with this because I don't know the ID of the picture as it didn't exist until the paste.

The code I have done so far (without the required resizing of the images) is:
