I need help with Copy and Pasting Rows in Excel into a New Sheet based on Cell Value.
Attached is an example excel.
Column A has series on numbers ( repeated ) arranged in order. Need help, were, for every range of repeated numbers, and for the top row, if the the B value is a not a L1, that row should be copied to Kick back sheet as values.

No VBA or Programming is needed for your problem.
Learn about the Advanced Filter that is build into Excel. I've also used a Dynamic Named Range on the Raw Data sheet to do your problem. See the attached.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.
As per my understanding..
If in the set of range, if 1st one is not L1, then complete set need to copy..Column A has series on numbers ( repeated ) arranged in order. @debraj roy: Thank you for your help. Believe I need for modification.Attached the excel post runnin the script.
The outcome is not what I am looking for. Kick Back sheet should have the first row from "Raw Data" (excluding L1's) for each range without duplicating
