Question Separate Screens for each specialist, with add value buttons

    Hi Guys

I'm very new to all this with functions in excel but i'm hoping there is a wizard out there who can help me.

First off, I work in a company that sells products over the phone and right now we have an excel file where we push a button and a counter goes +1 up...
But we also have different prices on the products, and this file is old and the guy who made it is long gone...

But i'll try to explain what i would like and hopefully someone can help.

We have 50 names of the salesmen, 100 clients with seperate prices.
We have a counter for every sale and also a chart with the earnings of each salesman.

so the ideal would be that you go to this computer and press one button with your name on it and after that get a different screen that shows your clients and then you push your clients button.
The spreadsheet should now count +1 sale in one box and count that price, from that client, on the diagram for that salesperson...

    Am i making any sense???

Can any of you perhaps create this for me?
Or tell me how to create buttons without the use of VBA???

With kind regards, someone whos in over their head...

    - Edit:
Thank you for telling me how i should do things, greatly appreciate it.
I can give the screens we have now, don't think you can use it to much.
In the Team Screen 15a.xls there is a new pane called THIS IS HOW I WOULD LIKE IT - I hope that it makes any sense,
like i said i have no clue about what the old employee have done...

    - Thanks.

Re: In way over my head...???

    Hi m,

    Welcome to the Forum!

    Unfortunately:

Your thread title does not describe the problem - you need to change that - perhaps something like "Separate Screens for each specialist"?

And, could you post a sample workbook - with desensitized data? It's easy, just go to Advanced and click on the paper clip
If I've helped you, please consider adding to my reputation - just click on the liitle star at the left.

    Hi m,

The routine depends upon another book "Grundtal.xls" and another routine "My Macro" - but I did find an error in the module 1 code - perhaps it will work if you paste over the extant module 1 code with:

Re: Separate Screens for each specialist, with add value buttons

Many thanks for the review of my files, but i do not want to use the old ones, there are too much garbage in them and i don't know how to clean it up...
I thought it would be fairly simple to create what i was looking for but now i don't....

I've made it so far that i created different buttons that add value - but the problem was that i would have to create buttons for every time we get a new employee, hence the drop down menu instead...

I think maybe this should be made in html/php instead... That way i might manage it...

    Hi M,

I assume that the data that would be needed to test any program resides on the Grundtal.xls so you would need to post a facsimile of that
