Format different random cells with same formatting

In my spread sheet I would like to apply the same formatting to different cells that I may highlight at different times (there are many).
When I record a Macro I get the following code:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

This unfortunately will continue to Border only the A134:N134 cells.
How may I change the code so that the Macro will apply the border to any cells that I may highlight?
