Sheet names from range instead of altering the code

Hi
we have a multi user login workbook where we have defined set of worksheets to be opened for each user level from 1 to 3.
below is the sample code where the case condition is defined, my issue is to set a defined named ranges for the worksheet names instead of mentioning the sheet names in VB.
