Multi Selection appear in individual Cell when selected

    Multi Selection appear in individual Cell when selected

    Is there any way to make the items in the multi select boxes to also appear in the cells to the right of that box (individually)? Only 2 to 3 will appear at any given time in cell B36 based on what their contract has and when they are selected the worksheet will open that corresponds with the selection. When i select an "incentive type" it opens up the correct worksheet, but when selecting an "incentive area" cell B51 the worksheet previously selected disappears? When we select an "incentive area" that should not have any thing to do with the worksheet should be hidden or not. I just want to be able to put just one selection into the corresponding worksheet when it is selected. I have tried vlookup and an if statement but neither seem to get me the results that i am looking for. I have attached a sample file any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    I'm not certain I understand the underling issue. If it's this

    I'll need to know more about your process...for example, is Incentive Area ALSO Multi-Select? A step by step description of expected results could be helpful.

    Thanks John for the reply.

    Both B36 and B51 need to be multi select fields, however, when i select the incentive type 1st and then select the incentive area the corresponding worksheets that opened "hide" again without me deselecting them. That should not happen, they should remain until they are deselected.

    My expected results are that i select the "incentive type" and corresponding worksheet opens and then all other selected fields from the summary worksheet will flow to the other worksheets. What i would like it to do is when i select the multiple incentive types that they also populate to the cells to the right so that can just flow to the correct worksheet instead of all selections appearing in the corresponding worksheet. Hope this makes sense and i haven't confused you. I have tried various if statements and also a vlookup to accomplish this and nothing has seemed to work.
