Convert data range into individual rows

Hi Everyone!

I am new to this forum, as well as to Excel, which I don't really use often. I have a problem I can't seem to solve. At the moment I have a datasheet which has entries listed like this:

Max Well 31.06.2010-31.12.2013

And now I would need it as diffrent rows like a panel:

Max Well 2011
Max Well 2012
Max Well 2013

Is there any way this is possible in excel itself?

I would really appreciate any help!

Attaching a sample workbook enables others to work on your problem:

To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Alright sorry

Okay so here I did a sample manually, above you can see that the managing directors were in charge from starting date to finish. I only take it into account if it is the entire year. So what I would like is to convert the above data into the lower, where every person has an entry for every year in charge...is this possible in any way directly in Excel?
